Live Event Process

Step 1

You want a live painter for your party! Look over my portfolio and pricing guide to see if I am the right fit for you.

Step 2

Connect by email or contact form to check if your special date it available.

Step 3

We’ll schedule a time to hop on a quick call or through email and discuss what you envision for your painting.

Step 4

You're ready to book! I'll send an agreement and an invoice of 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date.

Step 5

Your date is reserved! The remaining balance and any travel fees are billed a week before the event. I'll reach out then to confirm event details.

Live Event Pricing

Includes

• Live onsite painting session

(up to 6 hours)

• On-site set up and materials

• Pre-event consultation

• Completed painting day of event,

delivered or shipped within

2 weeks of event.

       Pricing       

      22x28 inch -  $1200

      30x30 inch - $1800

      36x36 inch - $2500

      48x36 inch - $3500

       Any dimensions available upon request

Live Event Illustrations

• Real time illustrations of your guests created onsite during event

• Guests keep original drawing

•$300 per hour

Booking and Payment Details

• Contact via email katykstudio@gmail.com

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date

• Full payment is due the day of the event

• Invoices will be sent with square via email or text

•Cancellation policy: Any cancelled event deposit can be used towards a custom studio painting

•Travel is always an option, fees will apply by distance
